I've spent a lot of my life in higher education in the US and the UK as both a student and a professional. I've traveled worldwide doing recruitment, admissions, lectures, workshops, and strategic planning to promote educational partnerships at a senior level, as well as one on one with students navigating the application process.
For nearly fifteen years I've made higher education my passion, but also my canvas - creating two degrees that spanned academia and industry, thinking outside of the box for promotion and admission, honing the craft of story, entrepreneurship, and innovation to grow as a person, as a professional, an academic, and as a guide.
I'm American myself, and I started working in admissions as a student in the US. I then did two degrees in the UK (MA, PhD), and then worked in recruitment and admissions for more than a decade for a British University.
I currently work for Study in Wales developing relationships between the US and Welsh Universities, and consulting with individuals on educational options, developing everything from college applications to PhD proposals.
